Course description: 
Due to the close connection in the structure of the three standards, it is now possible to offer a common Lead Auditor training programme for these that makes a lot of sense.
Is there a difference between this course and the other Lead Auditor courses you can attend? 
Well, yes and no - this course covers three standards that are so similar that it's possible to go through them all at the same time. Naturally, it will be very intensive and demands a lot of preparation and participation from the student. In addition, there is an extended exam. There is no doubt that participants will be able to go home with a significantly greater benefit from this course than from the traditional ones.

Based on the High Level Structure for ISO standards, you will receive thorough training in conducting audits, including planning, execution, reporting, auditor role, meeting planning, checklists and handling difficult situations. You are required to actively participate in all course activities and you will be continuously assessed. You must pass the continuous assessment and the course ends with a written exam. 
There will be some preparation in addition to the planned course schedule. 

Target group:
The course is aimed at all system environment managers, managers, auditors and people who work with management systems in industry, service and construction and who want a thorough education in auditing all three disciplines. It is highly recommended that you read the three standards thoroughly before attending. The course is intensive and you should not expect to be able to do anything else during the week. 

Yield:
You can independently and professionally plan, conduct and report all types of audits with effective results.

Teacher:
The course is taught by Kristian Glæsel, who has been project manager for ISO's development of the international occupational health and safety standard ISO 45001:2018, and who has many years of experience with management standards in practice and teaching.

4 people - for synergy and knowledge sharing between participants.
