Become a value-adding internal auditor in your organization to conduct audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018
Course description:
A course on planning, conducting and reporting internal audits in your organization. Different types of audits are covered, including practical examples of how to conduct an audit correctly and how the audit process can contribute to the ongoing development of the management system.
The role and responsibilities of the internal auditor are discussed and simple psychological tools are provided that can be used during the audit.
The course focuses on practical exercises and cases where you get the opportunity to use the techniques and tools learned.
Target group:
The course is aimed at people who need to conduct internal audits of the company's
management systems in areas such as health and safety, environment or quality.

You will gain knowledge of audit techniques and tools and be able to independently plan, conduct and report internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011. You will learn how to conduct an effective audit and how to handle difficult situations during an audit.
Instructor:
Kristian Glæsel, who was project manager for ISO's development of the international occupational health and safety standard, ISO 45001:2018.
Kristian Glæsel has many years of experience with management standards in practice and teaching.
